Freepuzzlebook (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the digital-download puzzle book store at freepuzzlebook.shop. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit or buy from our store, and how we use it.
What information we collect
When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, and order details (the puzzle books you purchased and the amount paid). We need this information to deliver your downloads, provide customer support, and keep records of your purchases.
Payments are processed securely by PayPal
All payments on our store are processed securely by PayPal. We never see, collect, or store your credit card or bank account numbers — your payment details go directly to PayPal under their own privacy policy.
How your downloads are delivered
Our products are printable PDF files. After checkout, your download links are shown on the order confirmation page and are also available in your account (if you create one). We use your email address to send order confirmations and download access.
Cookies and analytics
Our store uses a small number of cookies to function properly: WooCommerce sets cookies to remember your cart contents, and we may use basic analytics to understand which pages are popular. You can manage or block cookies in your browser settings; note that blocking cart cookies may prevent checkout from working.
Who we share your data with
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only as needed to run the store — for example, with PayPal to process payments and with our hosting provider to deliver the website and your files.
How long we keep your data
We keep order records for as long as needed to support your purchases and meet legal or accounting requirements. You can ask us to update or delete your personal information at any time.
Your rights
You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to ask us to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. To make a request, contact us at the email address below.
Contact us
If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy or your data, email us at team@freepuzzlebook.shop. We aim to answer every message within 24 hours.
